Although most of our new patients come to us by word of mouth referrals, we welcome new patients from any referral source.

  • We focus on attending to you and your family’s needs by taking the time to listen, and getting to know our patients, because we care. We talk to you about your concerns at your very first visit, and continue to talk and listen at every visit there after.
  • We also understand that your comfort and well being are just as essential as the exceptional results we deliver, so we are committed to providing a pleasant experience each and every time. Children are no exception and we aim to listen to their needs and make their first visit a little special too.

FIRST APPOINTMENT – WHEN SHOULD YOU ARRIVE

Please try your best to arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to fill in any necessary paperwork and background medical history we should be aware of before undertaking any medical treatment or advice.

PREVENTATIVE CARE PROGRAM – MEDICAL AND DENTAL

At Lindfield Medical and Dental Care we are committed to preventative care.

In order to give you the best possible service we would like to:

  • Seek your permission to be included on our reminder system
  • Offer you reminders from time to time regarding preventative health services appropriate to your care
  • Remind you to make appointments for follow up immunisations, tests, treatments or recalls.

If you do not wish to take part in this service, please advise your doctor or our friendly staff.

At Lindocs we kindly ask that all our patients to please settle your account in full after each appointment.

MEDICARE EASYCLAIMS

Lindocs has Medicare online. After your consultation payment, the Medicare rebate is claimed immediately and deposited into your nominated bank account held by Medicare.

HICAPS

For your convenience we use the HICAPS system that links us to member’s Private Health Care Funds at the time of treatment. This allows you to claim your Health Fund rebate at the surgery saving you from manually lodging your claim. Only the gap payment is required when you visit us.

Please remember to bring your health fund card to each appointment.


Health funds vary on their rebates dependant on your plan.
We are happy to provide you with treatment details prior, so you can check if you are covered.

MEDICARE CHILD DENTAL BENEFITS SHEDULE (CDBS)
